Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return and refund service starting from the date of receipt.

This means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. Keep all packaging materials and take photos, as the postal service may require these for insurance purposes. If you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or promotional items.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

The final decision regarding refunds is at the sole discretion of Hangzhou Zhu Bingren Bronze Art Co., Ltd. While we generally follow this refund policy, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. In such cases, the customer will bear the shipping cost, and a 20% restocking fee will apply.
