The Yuanbao originated from the currency of ancient China. The term "Yuanbao" can be traced back to the "Kaiyuan Tongbao" of the Tang Dynasty, but it was not until the Yuan Dynasty that the silver ingot, officially named "Yuanbao" and shaped like a boat, came into being. With its unique curved lines and plump form, the Yuanbao is a classic symbol of wealth and nobility in ancient China. Before that, the large-denomination currencies circulating in the market included "gold bricks" and "horse-hoof gold". At that time, it was closely related to people's lives, indispensable for rewards and daily purchases, and a symbol of status. Later, it evolved into a decorative item embodying good fortune and an auspicious charm for peace, which was deeply loved by people. As currency in its original form, the Yuanbao is the most direct embodiment of wealth.
